At Johnston Prams, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
